- Description
- This article examines the advocacy of feminists for using guns as a means of self-defense among women. The author has drawn on a series of in-depth interviews conducted around Australia, focusing on three young women who are shooters, or feminist, or both. In the interviews, the author asked the women not only about their experiences and opinions of guns, but also about their perceptions of the differences between Australia and North America, with respect to guns.
