Description: In the molecule of the title compound, C₁₅H₁₀Br₄N₂, the 2,4,8,10-tetrabromo analogue of Tröger's base, the two aryl rings are offset with respect to one another by virtue of the diazocine bridge. The dihedral angle of 108.44 (4)° between the two benzene rings is the largest yet measured for a dibenzo system.
