- Description
- Eco-terrorism is a term most commonly used to describe the violent actions of certain environmental organizations. Eco-terrorism is also associated with ecotage, environmental terrorism, and eco-crimes or violence. As a matter of law, what constitutes “eco-terrorism” depends on the details of the action itself, as well as where a particular action occurs. The location of the act determines which state has jurisdiction.
