- Efficient intracavity frequency doubling of a q-switched, diode-pumped Nd:YVO₄ laser operating at 1342nm with pulse rates between 40 and 350kHz using type I critically phase matched LBO has been demonstrated. Maximum 671nm output power of 1.7W was obtained at 100kHz, with a diode to red conversion efficiency of 12%.
